Characteristics:
The product is made from selected, ripe plums that are processed immediately after harvest. As a result, the finished product retains the fruit’s natural sweetness, aroma, and fresh, rich flavor. The stoning and halving are done by hand, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance, free of pits or broken pit fragments.
