Characteristics:
The cherry pepper is a small – depending on the variety, 2.5 – 4 cm or 3-6 cm – spherical and bright red pepper variety. Its flesh is thick and crunchy, and its flavor is distinctive and hot/spicy. It is excellently suited for pickling, stuffing, and processing whole or chopped.
